Han Xiao has been engaged in medical aesthetics for more than 20 years. He serves as President of Han's Aesthetic Research Institute and Director of Shandong Times Art Museum. Medical Practitioner License No.: 110370100004243. In 1996, he received a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine and began working at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Medical University in the same year. In 2000, he became a graduate student in plastic surgery at Shandong Medical University. In 2005, he founded Han's Plastic and Aesthetic Clinic. In 2008, he became President of Jinan Han's Plastic and Aesthetic Hospital. In 2010, he founded Han Xiao Beijing Huantie Art Studio. In 2013, he became Director of Shandong Times Art Museum. In 2014, he founded Beijing Han Xiao Medical Aesthetic Hospital. In 2015, he founded Jinan Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Hospital, Jinan Weizhu Plastic and Aesthetic Hospital, and Sanya Han's Plastic and Aesthetic Hospital.

President Han is a plastic surgery expert, an artist, and a perfectionist. He loves life, and he is a controversial figure in China's plastic surgery industry. He said that people in China generally believe that materials are valuable while technique is not, but, “We doctors sell technique; my technique alone is worth 500,000 yuan.”

Why did he say this? President Han said that technique cannot be seen with the naked eye. Han Xiao stated that this is also a market process in which bad money drives out good; patients see only the external results, but some details remain unclear. For example, slightly less trauma, finer suturing, better wound coaptation, faster recovery, and smaller scars—these should all be reflected in the doctor's value.
